It’s been a minute.

In March, I deleted the time-tracking app that was giving me anxiety. I stopped trying to optimize my mornings. And guess what? I actually get more done now. Funny how that works. Reading before bed. No phone. Just a lamp and a book that has nothing to do with self-improvement or marketing. Last week, I read a thriller so badly written that I actually laughed out loud.
