Click the Change Icon… button.
Go to the Customize tab.
Browse to your .ICO file and select it. (If you don’t have one, Windows offers a few default icons in %SystemRoot%\System32\imageres.dll ) change folder icon windows 11
Click OK → Apply → OK .
