Hetty’s usual snark evaporates. Her face goes pale—paler than death. "That," she whispers, "is the ghost I’ve been hiding from. My mother. She doesn’t just haunt the mansion. She is the mansion. Jay, watching over Sam’s shoulder, sees the mother ghost blink. Then she smiles. Then she reaches out of the monitor —not physically, but her hand casts a shadow across the library floor, 15 feet long. End of S04E01
