Log in to the NatWest mobile app on your smartphone.
On the home screen, tap on the account linked to the blocked debit card.
You will be asked to verify your identity using your card reader and card (a small device NatWest provides for extra security). Follow the instructions to generate a one-time code.
Tap on "Manage card" or the gear/settings icon next to the card.
Select the bank account associated with the blocked debit card.
