1. Overview & Educational Philosophy Proyecto Itaca is a comprehensive educational project designed for the first year of Bachillerato (students aged 16–17). Inspired by the metaphorical journey of Odysseus (the Odyssey ), the project’s name – Itaca – represents the student’s ultimate goal: academic maturity, communicative competence, and a lifelong appreciation for language and literature.
