Our authorized accountant was suddenly hospitalized due to a cardiac event on 18th March 2025. The alternate staff required time to access records and file correctly. Medical certificate and hospitalization discharge summary are attached (Annexure 2).

The return was filed on 28th March 2025, 8 days after the due date (20th March 2025). The tax liability of ₹2,00,000 was paid in full on the due date via challan (copy attached – Annexure 1).
