So, what is roaming aggressiveness?

Simply put, it refers to how quickly—or reluctantly—a mobile device switches from its home network to a visited (roaming) network when the home signal weakens. A highly aggressive roaming setting will jump to any available roaming partner at the first sign of signal dip.
