It sounds like you may be combining two different Adobe products: (for multimedia) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (for PDFs). There is no single “Adobe Flash Reader.”
→ Do not install Flash Player . Use Ruffle emulator instead. adobe flash reader
→ Install Reader for PDFs + Ruffle for SWF/Flash content. It sounds like you may be combining two
